1. API Data Processing

When you use the EventZR API, we process the data you send to us. This includes request parameters, headers, and payloads. We use this data solely to provide API services and improve our platform. Data is processed according to your selected data residency and privacy settings.

2. Developer Account Data

We collect and maintain:

• Your name, email, and contact information
• API keys and credentials
• API usage statistics and request logs
• Billing and subscription information
• Support communications and tickets

3. Analytics Collection

We collect aggregated analytics about API usage including request counts, endpoint popularity, and error rates. This helps us improve our services and identify trends. Individual request data is not shared publicly or with third parties without your consent.

4. Third-Party Integrations

If you use EventZR integrations with third-party services (webhooks, OAuth, etc.), data will be shared with those services according to your configuration. You are responsible for reviewing the privacy policies of third-party services. EventZR is not responsible for how they handle your data.

5. Data Security

All API traffic is encrypted using TLS 1.3. API keys are hashed and never stored in plain text. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security audits.

6. Data Retention

We retain API request logs for 90 days. Developer account data is retained until you delete your account. You can request data deletion at any time through your developer dashboard or by contacting support.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. For GDPR-regulated users, you also have the right to data portability and to withdraw consent. Submit requests to privacy@eventzr.com.
