API Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EventZR API, you agree to be bound by these API Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. API Usage Limits

API usage is subject to rate limits based on your plan:

• Free Tier: 100 requests/minute
• Pro Tier: 1,000 requests/minute
• Enterprise: Custom limits

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the API
• Use the API to build competing services
• Harass or abuse the API infrastructure
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Share your API keys or credentials with unauthorized parties

4. Rate Limiting

Requests exceeding rate limits will receive a 429 (Too Many Requests) response. Rate limit information is included in response headers. If limits are consistently exceeded, we reserve the right to suspend API access.

5. Data Handling

You are responsible for all data transmitted through the API. EventZR will not be liable for unauthorized access to your data due to improper handling of API credentials. Always store API keys securely and rotate them regularly.

6. Attribution Requirements

If you publicly display data from the EventZR API, you must provide clear attribution to EventZR. This includes a link to EventZR and a notice that data is powered by EventZR.

7. Termination

EventZR reserves the right to terminate or suspend API access immediately, without prior notice, for violations of these terms or misuse of the API. You may terminate your account anytime by deleting all API keys in your developer dashboard.
